Roles
To add a Role - enter the character's name. List each character only once.
Once the Role has been assigned to an Ensemble and Performer the "Assigned to" fields will fill in automatically.
To Delete the role - click on the "Delete Role" button.
If you want to keep a role listed here but not on the reports, click on the "Exclude from Reports" check box.
"View All Costumes" - this button will open a form to show the list of the costume pieces that have been assigned through the Ensembles.
