The results can also be viewed as a photo gallery. If a section is blank - the record doesn't have a photo associated with it or the program can not find the photo.
Each costume piece record can be viewed by clicking on the "View" button. The image can be seen full screen if you double-click on the photo.
The "Quick" button will give you a popup with the ID, Name, Size, Adult/Child, Current Location and Storage Location. The Quick Details popup only stays open for a few seconds.
To print the Photo Gallery, click on the Print button. The results will print with 12 images per page. Like all reports you can print the report to a printer or create a PDF file to email or display on your website.
The Photo Gallery Catalog shows the photos plus more details on the Costume Pieces. All reports including this one can be printed to a printer or a PDF file to be emailed or posted on your website.
