| Staff / UsernamesStaff / Usernames:  Staff members can be assigned a User Type of: Administrator - can add / edit / delete any record and update the Utilities Data Entry / Staff - can add / edit / delete any records but NOT update the Utilities Read-Only - can view all records, do searches and run reports but not any data adds/edits or deletes.  This menu is only available if the User Login is Required on the Company Setup screen. |
