Search for Prop

To Find a Props/ Set record you can use the Drop Down box at the top of the screen. Enter a tag ID by typing, selecting a record or using the barcode scanner to find it.

Or click on the "Search" Button at the top of the Props/Sets form.

It will open a Search window:

You can search for a Prop / Tag ID by: Using the Drop down arrow to find the Tag ID, typing in the Tag ID or by placing the cursor in the Find Prop # field and scanning the barcode with the barcode scanner.

You can also search by Prop Name or Item Type.

To do a search using more criteria (color, time period, production, etc,) use the "Advanced Search" button to go to the main Search screen.
