The “Utilities” and the “Refresh Lookups” buttons are there to allow you to go directly to the Costume Utilities Menu to update any of the Combo Boxes - such as Costume Type, Time Period, etc. to add new options.
The Refresh Lookups button will refresh the screen so all the Combo Boxes are updated with the newest data.
